1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, scripts and local storage. In this policy, we refer to all of these technologies collectively as "cookies".
2. Which categories of cookies do we use?
2.1 Essential cookies (no consent required)
These cookies are necessary for the website and the ticket shop to function. They are placed on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure service.

|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Maintaining your session and shopping cart during the ordering process | Session |
| Authentication cookie | Keeping organisers logged in to the dashboard | Up to 30 days |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembering your language preference | 12 months |
| Consent cookie | Recording your cookie preferences | 12 months |
| Security cookies (including CSRF) | Securing forms and the payment process | Session |
2.2 Functional cookies (no consent required)
These cookies remember preferences that improve ease of use, such as display settings of the ticket widget. They do not process personal data for any other purposes.
2.3 Analytics cookies (consent required)
These cookies allow us to measure the use of the website in order to improve our services.

We have configured Google Analytics in a privacy-friendly manner: IP addresses are masked, a data processing agreement has been concluded with Google, and "data sharing" with Google is disabled.
2.4 Marketing cookies (consent required)
These cookies are placed only where the organiser of an event has activated a marketing integration and you have given your consent.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Retention period |

For these cookies, the providers concerned are (jointly) responsible. Please consult their privacy statements for more information.
3. Consent: how does it work?
- On your first visit, we display a cookie banner. Essential and functional cookies are always placed; analytics and marketing cookies only after you have given your consent via the banner.
- You can give or refuse consent per category. Refusing non-essential cookies does not limit the functioning of the website.
- Your choice is stored in the consent cookie for 12 months. After that, we will ask for your consent again.
4. Adjusting or withdrawing consent
You can adjust or withdraw your preferences at any time:
- via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of bilenti.com, which reopens the cookie banner;
- by deleting cookies via your browser settings; on your next visit, you will be asked for consent again;
- by configuring your browser to block cookies or to notify you when a cookie is placed. Please consult your browser's help function for this (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Please note: blocking essential cookies may result in the ordering process not working.
5. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are placed by third parties (such as Google, Meta or TikTok). Bilenti has no control over what these parties do with the data collected once they have received it. Please consult these parties' privacy and cookie statements for more information. Where these parties process data outside the EEA, this occurs on the basis of appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
6. Personal data
Insofar as personal data is processed via cookies, our privacy policy applies. There you can also read about your rights (such as access, erasure and objection) and how to exercise them.
7. Changes
We may amend this cookie policy, for example when we start using different cookies. The current version is always available at bilenti.com. We recommend consulting this policy periodically.
